I have got to say the co-op bank does not have the greatest rates of interest on its accounts, but the plus side about the leicester branch is the terrific customer service you get from the staff you feel like you aren't talking to a robot they are very friendly and when they try to advise you about any new accounts you are more likely to listen to them i have never had this feeling about any other bank i have had an account at. i usually end up closing my account and come back to the co-op

It's one of the few ethical banks available. Only lend to companies that don't destroy the planet. Wonderful.
