Nice pub.Went with a walking group and lunch was ordered before we set off. I was very disappointed,however, by the miniscule quantity of salmon in my salad. I know it was from the lite bites menu but for £5.95, this was ridiculously mean.

Helpful friendly pleasant staff excellent real ales and food at good honest prices,this was Monday evening and we were just passing!

A friendly local pub, offering a varied menu which is well cooked. Also, have great entertainment on occasional weekends. Fully recommend a visit.

First time in the pub staff from the get go very nice
Then the food the best real beef burger I've ever tasted
Service top class
Gave us all the information we needed we will definitely be making the crown a regular
