Great place to come for a meal, beautiful Sunday dinner, absolutely loved the Chocolate Brownie, I loved it so much that I had to buy 2! Great service from Marlon on the bar, made us laugh and made me a great cocktail! Will definitely be coming back again!

Had to.show the bar how to open to a bottle of wine.
The 3 chicken burgers my table ordered all tasted of fish oil. None of the burgers ordered had the garlic mayonnaise shown on the menu.
I got a replacement burger without issue that did have to correct condemeements. The food was ok. Selection of drink is quite good. But wouldn't recommend for food, fine for a place to sit and have a drink.

After waiting at the bar (for what felt like an eternity), learning that they were all out of Chicken Fricasse after we'd already paid, we were not best pleased. We settled for the Pie & Pint offer and it was so worth the wait - great taste, generous portions and Ed, the manager, just couldn't do enough; he even brought our 2nd drink to the table whilst we carried on with our meal. However, what impressed me most was his drive & passion...he clearly LOVES his work and it's rare to see these days, especially in the bar & restaurant trade - he was going for it! Well done Ed! Marquis Wellington, you have an asset in Ed!
