Been coming to Be Holistic for over a year now for sports massages, Thai and a few relaxation sessions. Hands down top masseuse, would recommend to anyone. Sports massage really helped with recovery from intense cycling training and climbing sessions. Friendly service tailored to your needs. Five stars. ALEX.

Lucy is a brilliant massage therapist and a lovely person. It can be daunting going for a massage for the first time but Lucy put me straight at ease when I started to see her a few years ago. Each session is individualised to my needs at the time. I really struggled physically during my pregnancy but Lucy talked through my difficulties and offered full explanations for different techniques she was using. This allayed my anxieties around pregnancy aches and pain. I will continue look forward to seeing Lucy and always recommend her to family and friends .

I have been having remedial/sports massage for 20 years so was very pkeased when i found Lucy...she is very knowledgeable and brilliant at what she does. She works with you to identify problem areas, good pressure and excellent at finding those tricky uncomfortable knots. 😊

I was treated to a lovely mummy-to-be treatment. I absolutely loved my treatment. Lucy was so welcoming and professional. She ensured that I was comfortable at all times. The pressure of the massage was perfect and I went for the reflexology option this was a new experience for me. Lucy explained the treatment and the benefits before hand. It was so lovely and relaxing. Just perfect for this time of my pregnancy, time out to relax and pamper myself. I have booked in again and I can not wait! Thank you Lucy for a lovely treatment : ) xx
