With the free parking that's always available and paying for my items online before going to Argos, on the last few occasions I've been I'm in and out in about 2 minutes! Great service.

Absolutely dreadful. Even paid extra for next day delivery. Two texts one yesterday evening and then this morning to say item would be delivered between 2 and 4. I would receive a call an hour before delivery as a courtesy to say item was on its way.....Guess what? It's 6pm and as yet no call or indeed item. Rang them twice, a different excuse each time. Now they tell me the delivery driver has just been in a terrible crash and been 'rushed to hospital'. Strange could they not have told me this when I rang a little while earlier?
If this item had been delivered when it should have been; that would have been prior to this accident if indeed it did occur. Totally cannot believe the excuses the customer service department come out with. First and last time ever to order from these idiots. My sister did warn me.......
