Had a motorcycle seat recovered recently. Top quality craftsmanship, and excellent materials. Over the moon with the result, exactly what I wanted. I'm not sure why the chap below is arguing over a fiver! You get what you pay for, and the quality is second to none.

I took my vehicle to auto trim because I needed the seat fixing and I wanted an exact quote. They said that it would cost me £50+vat. I agreed to this and took the seat out of the car and dropped it off to them the following day. I could not go to collect the seat myself so I sent someone else to pick it up with the payment. When they got back I noticed they had charged me £55+vat instead of the £50 I was quoted. I rang them to complain and ask for a refund of the money I was overcharged. They were having none of it and said that they quoted £55 . Its not about the £5 overcharged but its about the principle I should only pay what I was Quoted. They blatantly lied and said that I would not get a refund. I thought they were a reputable company. In my opinion I think they are just petty thieves robbing people a fiver here a fiver there. I urge people not to use them, but if they find themselves in the unfortunate predicament that they have to PLEASE get a written quote first.

I can't speak highly enough of the responsiveness and efficiency shown us in dealing with an unusual and unglamorous job. The company went well beyond the extra mile, demonstrated extensive technical knowledge of the issues to be addressed, were flexible, inventive and considerate and recommended a more economical solution than we might have gone for.
