What a company, second to having an amazing range of high quality switches and power points (check out the forged iron range!), the service was simply outstanding. Following various 'complications' of my existing lighting set up, Ben (part of the awesome sales team) painstakingly supported me with posting out various options until we broke through to the other side (they even paid the return postage despite all the errors my end). I won't hesitate to recommend buying from Broughtons for these reasons. True high level British customer service still exists!!!!!

It has a wide range. But the prices are ridiculous. Clearly visited by people who dont know how to look around for similar products at a decent price! And there is a lady who looks quite scary behind the counter, well my son who is 4 said so.
Lots of nice stuff but take the black AMMEX card I.e unlimited credit limit!
