Wow I just cant praise this company enough, The stores are packed full of outstanding offers and deals. The advice was brilliant, they listened to what i wanted and did not try and sell the most expensive products. Finally the fitting team were on time polite and first class.... one very happy customer

Dreadful customer service. My wife has just come off the phone with them in tears due to the aggressive tone of a man there. You're better off trying United Carpets on Aylestone Rd

Daz and Tim - the fitters have just finished my lounge/diner and porch. Excellent service, very polite, clean and very helpful with tips on how to look after the carpets. Thank you very much.

Bought a carpet from Cavendish Rd branch. Initially looked at the remnants to see if one was suitable but then found that it was actually cheaper off the roll. Carpet was good price and the fitters were very efficient with the install. Darren and Dean were quick,clean, and very tidy. There was no mess left behind and very pleased with the service. Will use again.
