Ordered a dress online from them paid for specific day delivery and it never turned up! Not been told anything about where it is and the website says to wait 3 days for it to turn up regardless of when you paid for it to be delivered

I came in store feeling down the most amazing lady Kerry on the buxom counter offered me advice on make up and then gave me a make over ! I left feeling a million dollars and the make up stayed put all nite no smudges or smears !!! Will definitely be going back ! Kerry is a total asset to your store ! This is the first review iv ever written but felt amazing service should commented on

It's a pretty big Debenhams. Guess it was quite well kept but not really anything special. Not a big fan of Debenhams in general but it was fine.

Awful lady at the Chanel counter and not helpful at all!!
She applied a powder over my own makeup without removing it to show me alone how the product looks like and then tells me "oh look the powder is shiny."
Yeah thanks that was my own highlighter!!!
I don't know how they hire disinterested ppl!

Went today to get a mother of the bride outfit. I hadn't got a clue and was going around in circles but then a Personal Shopper came to my rescue. Excellent service which I would highly recommend. I now have a beautiful dress, wrap and hat. Thank you and I will definitely use this service again.
