Went all the way down to here to pick up a drill set, Said there was 5 in stock online, got there asked a store person to get one as not stocked on shelves. Only to be told haven't got any in! Well it said you had 5 in stock online this morning. Only to be told they must of been pinched! And they haven't took them offline yet! 🤔😂

Very untidy in certain departments....simply trying to find a basket was a chore...went in for bedding plants at 11.30 a.m and the choice was very limited. Front entrance looked like a carboot sale had exploded...only the argos part had any sense of organisation.

Poor service. It's out fourth attempt to have roof bars fitted. First they tell us we can only order on line they could not do it for us!! We then visited another branch of Halfords who ordered the parts we needed. They called us to say parts are in and come down on Saturday to have them fitted. We arrived early, they said "we can't do it today it takes three of us" so we booked for 10.30am Sunday. ...guess what, only one guy was available to fit them and announced he wasn't sure he was doing it right!!!!!! He also has scratched the roof.

The man at the customer service desk when I visited was very helpful. The item I was after was showing on the website as them having 3 but they had none. These things happen I suppose, but they arranged for me to collect the item from another store. They would have had it at Leicester the following day for me but I couldn't wait! A really good shopping experience with employees who make you feel like a value customer.
