Too expensive and show lead times. Went with a trade account to Howdens and saved hundreds of pounds

Awful, awful, awful! Probably the worst customer service experiences I had in all my time.
So I went to have a look around at the showroom a few days ago, they have some lovely kitchens cant fault that. However the asian lady with the glasses that has a skih symbol tattooed to her right arm seriously needs to be fired.
She has no idea how to treat and talk to customer, talked down to me like I don't know anything (got a Master's degree but that is besides the point), no eye contact looking at someone else whilst I was asking the questions. If this happened in my job I would probably get fired on the spot. I just cannot believe how brash and rude she was.
If you are selling goods to customer, you are suppose to treat them with respect, make them feel welcome and so on. Not just stereotype them based on looks.
When I asked about having a kitchen designed (had four members of staff just sitting at desks) was refused as they didnt have a designer.
Surely something like this needs to be addressed. What is the point in having the shop open if you cant actually get a proper quote and design idea. Yes I understand you need to book appointment but not everyone is available for specific days. I would say it comes down to poor training and management.
The other thing that really got me was the fact that when I asked the lady about other colours she rather rudely repeated what I had said to her and goes the company does not do any other colours aside from light blue, grey, cream, white and wood. I mean seriously??!!
Like there is a entire colour spectrum, her answer proved to be less than useless "we only keep what they send us" so no one else wants a monochrome kitchen or maybe even a all pink one, its just ridiculous!
Unless you enjoy poor customer service and poor choice of kitchens I would heartily suggest you avoid this place and look else where.
