I booked an appointment for kitchen plan and got a date after 1month and I took time off work on the day of the appointment and no one turned up after waiting for so long . So I rang them and the guy said yes it's in the diary for today but we forgot and there isn't anyone available today to come . He wasn't interested and put the phone down without apologising .
Worst customer service! Probably they treat customers differently reading the other review from someone I thought I'd go there too but wasn't that what I was expecting!

The best I found in Leicester. I had been looking for a while to replace my kitchen, having visited most of the stores and suppliers in Leicester I returned to PSD, their service was fantastic, their design service and support was brilliant throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and the team, my kitchen looks great, I love it and my friends love it! Delighted, thank you guys
