I have had two carpets fitted by United carpets. The first they tried to change the delivery date 24hrs before due to them double booking. The second only a couple of months later was supposed to be the first delivery of the day, after a couple of calls they said he would be half an hour, an hour later the fitter turned up sat outside on his phone. When asked if he was fitting it today the fitter spoke to me as if I was the one in the wrong. Will not be using them in the future or recommending them.

I have just lost two immediate family members and am in the process of updating my Mums house to get her home. My head is all over the place and I completely fluffed up my measurements. The staff were absolutely brilliant, changed my carpet and didn't charge me any more. Many thanks

I brought a memory foam mattress under eighteen months and to my luck I lost the receipt but I have my bank statements to prove I brought it of them. Never again as the mattress is no t one piece but pieces stuck together and is now completely breaking in to pieces. Wish I could upload pice.
