We have used Club Taxis for many years when there was only a few drivers and you would often get the same one every time you needed a Taxi. We feel the service has gone downhill as the firm grew. twice lately the last one today the driver has been on his phone for the journey. Very loud and in his own language. I put up with him the first time and reported him to your firm. Today to my horror he turned up again to bring us home from Nuffield hospital. Yes you have guessed he was on his phone again. I politely asked him to finish his conversation as I had ordered a taxi and did not want to have his jabbering. He did so and after that his his driving improved. I was not happy.

Driver in a white seat. Very rude and likes to swear. Left his cab and rang swift, please avoid at all costs. Rang again on 30 September. Worst company ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. You're lucky if the taxi you booked actually arrives and then even luckier to make it to your destination without crashing because the drivers speed EVERYWHERE.
If you really need to use Club, Book your taxi way in advance of when you actually need it arrive. Useless.

Awful taxi company. They have the most arrogant call handler with zero customer service skill always late so risky for airport runs AVOID!

We were picked up 25min late despite being dropped off that the exact same address the same morning.
We DID NOT express our displeasure to either the taxi office phone operator nor the taxi guy (who gave his name as Chan).
On arrival at destination we were charged £10 extra and on asking why the taxi guy (Chan) became very aggressive. He threatened us physically saying," do want to take me down" when all wanted was an explanation as to why were being charged more than was pre-quoted.
At least he called the taxi office who agreed with us and we didn't get charged extra.
But there was no explanation nor apology for the late arrival.
I would STRONGLY advise to NOT use this taxi service.
I've read read reviews where customers have been treated like all white guys are the devil.
We were an all Indian group. I guess these guys are incredibly inept, aggressive & rude irregardless!
