I ordered a taxi to 9 in 22 in two ways, the taxi took twenty minutes, the driver did not know exactly where he was going and then drove me to the place and called the taxi driver was supposed to be in two. The boss said he's in one and blown me out on the street. I do not recommend this pseudo company

Me and a friend had to be dropped off and the driver dropped my friend off first and then he said he couldn't be bothered to drive me to my house

After losing my phones in a taxi after a night out I called the office and they were very polite and helpful, telling me which taxi number I was in and that I was the last drop for the night so they couldn't chase it straight away as it was early hours. So I called again in the morning to follow up, again very helpful, a couple of hours later I got a call to confirm the driver has found it and would drop it off at office at the start of his shift that afternoon which he did. Prices were very fair and arrived promptly. Highly recommend

Fab! Always great... took me to hospital when in labour lol no problem and can now accommodate pram, luggage and familam on other journeys when needed. Always polite, always friendly and quick. :)

As a regular customer I expect more. At first they were fine and had prompt pick ups and cheap fare but as of recent their pick up has been really delayed. Two weeks ago my mother and I waited for a taxi for over 40 minutes! We had called twice, the first time the person at the reception said the driver was just coming up the road we were on and that he'd be there soon. 20 minutes after that they instead said the driver had cancelled the job on the system showing that they had picked us up which this was not the case. Apart from that, week by week their pick up have been getting slower and slower causing us to wait longer despite us ringing up in advance and ordering a taxi for a specific time
