Quickly got a taxi. Nice that you can pick some free literature to read. Taxi man was friendly. I use this firm nearly all the time when I'm near the train station.

We had to be at the crematorium and were running late so decided to try this outfit instead of black cabs at the train station. We rushed into the office but the man behind the counter was on his mobile phone and only glanced at us. He was on it for another minute and as we stood there, the office phone rang. He then answered it, without putting his mobile down, still ignoring us. At that point we decided to go to the train station and as we walked out the door the man finally asked if he could help us. We then got a black cab. Your company lost a £15 fare and we will not recommend you to anyone.
