Absolutely diabolical service left me and my family outside whilst waiting to be taken to the airport, received 10 texts to say different cars were either outside or an route none of which actually were had to get another taxi and were close to missing our flight, despite ringing and complaining I didn't receive as much as an apology and the man on the phone who was as much use as a chimpanzee was very rude.

My Mrs had to leave work at 2am...she rang the taxi we have used for 8 years plus, told her that as she had no money, they couldn't send her a taxi. Even though she had left credit card at home and had ask operator to drop off at home then to a cash point. Still said no, so she had to walk from Enderby to Forest Road at 2:30am. I then phoned Star Taxis back the following day to complain, was told they would find out who the operator was and get back to me...that was two days ago. Star/Goldline taxis, Nice to see that you look after your loyal customers. I certainly won't be using your shocking taxi service again.

grumpy to the most friendliest and helpful drivers. there are some that are so kind and will even give you hand to pick up your shopping, & there are some drivers that are so grumpy and quiet who just sit there, that don't even say hello & don't know how to provide a good service. Unfortunately I haven't ever come across a five star taxi service!

Taxi went to wrong address and then blamed me for the error when I confirmed the correct address twice. Put the phone down when I questioned this, and when I told the driver that he was short drive away from the address he said he would have to call the office to get a new taxi, which is a complete lack of common sense. Rude and unprofessional service!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN WHEN DESPERATE!!!
I ordered the taxi THE NIGHT BEFORE I NEEDED IT. It arrived LATE, so late that I MISSED MY TRAIN and HAD TO BUY A NEW TICKET.
I contacted the taxi company to raise this issue but the woman was INCREDIBLY RUDE on the phone.
The taxi driver himself even told me not to use this company and to write this review because he said he always gets grief from customers who don't get a good service. The issue is not with the drivers (most of time and not on this occasion) but with the booking office who CANNOT send taxi drivers to the right address and on time. You think you've been safe by booking a taxi so far in advance but actually you're better off using ANY OTHER COMPANY in Leicester.
Basically, IF YOU NEED TO GET ANYWHERE ON TIME, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
