Can somebody please tell me how being picked up and driven in stone silence by a driver with no personal hygiene whatsoever (seriously bad b.o) in a car that wouldn't pass an MOT - crack in the windscreen, banging noise from rear, only to be charged the same as if I was picked up in a brand new vehicle, can possibly be described as acceptable?
How do these firms keep getting away with it?
