Absolutely dreadful service, the past couple of times i have booked a taxi with this company they have been 15-20 mins late and im a very regular customer! However i think they broke a record today by being 55 minutes late. apparently the first driver got lost so they sent a second driver assuring me he would be 6 mins 7 at the most, he turned up half an hour later! i had explained to the office that i needed to pick up children from school and was told the taxi would definitely be there but alas no. if the office had been honest about the situation i could have called another company. As a regular customer i have met many of their drivers most of whom are polite and cheerful, there are a handful unfortunately that are very rude and unpleasant, it is for these reasons the repeated lateness mainly that i will never use this company again nor would i recommend it!
