wanted to use this service as it had such good reviews and open on Sunday's. I parked easily nearby as it was not busy, the location of the shop was above another shop and seemed closed, I phoned the number on the website and the person answering said he had closed the shop but if I could wait he would be there within 30 minutes, but he would phone me in 10. I said I had come all the way from Hinckley and was prepared to wait if it was really 30 minutes, rather then have to return. So I waited with my 2 children outside the shop, which was unpleasant and was not phoned back. I then send a text saying we had waited more than 30 minutes, could wait another 10 minutes if he was truly coming but could not wait longer as I needed to return to work and he said yes, he would definitely be there within 10 minutes. After 12 minutes he was still not there, so I sent a text it was unfortunate I had to leave I had waited more than 40 minutes and needed to return to work, I then received a phone call saying he would really be there in 2 minutes. I said ok, if it was really 2 minutes but I would be fired if I was late for work and then he said he might not make it in 2 minutes as there was traffic, but could I come back tomorrow around 10. I drove back to Hinckley within 35 minutes, as there was not much traffic. Maybe he makes really good pictures and has an excellent service, he was also polite on the phone, just make sure he is available and in the shop.

I went to Spectrum Photos with a very last minute request to have a one off shirt printed...in fact I actually needed it the same day. The staff were EXCELLENT!! Not only was it done the same day but was done efficiently and to a very high standard! It was excellent value for money and I will definitely be going back to use their other products and services! Fantastic service!!!

Very professional service to ensure Irish passport photo specifications. The gentleman went beyond the "call of duty," to open shop after his working hours due to the urgency required. Highly recommended.

Was open on Sunday till late where as other companies where shut. The quality of the photos where high. Really friendly and customer service is excellent. Thank you !!
