Our little dog had been suffering for years with a skin condition which our old vets had never managed to get on top of. After being recommended to see Mr Bentley we could not have been happier. Just two months later and he's all sorted. Mr Bentley is incredibly knowledgeable and a specialist in the field. Cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks from us and Arnold.

The service I received at Dermvet Skin and Ear Clinic was first class. My initial phone call was answered by a professional but very friendly member of staff who was very helpful and answered my initial questions fully.
I wish I had consulted David Bentley (veterinary dermatologist) sooner as my cocker spaniel had suffered for some time with a sore paw which was getting progressively worse and my current vet was reluctant to carry out any tests and was happy to keep prescribing antibiotics and asking me to bathe his paw twice a day in an antiseptic solution.
David reviewed Alfie's medical history fully and after a thorough examination he quickly made a provisional diagnosis confirmed by a skin swab. The bacterial infection Alfie had was resistant to most antibiotics and antiseptics and so would never have cleared up with the treatment he had been receiving!
We spent over 2 hours at the surgery and left after treatment to Alfie's paw and with antibiotics and topical treatment for me to carry on with at home. David answered all my questions fully and ensured I was happy with what I had to do at home. I left much happier than when I arrived and felt that at last something was being done to help sort Alfie's problem out. David works in a very proactive way and is very thorough in his treatment and diagnosis. He gives his patients (and owners) as much time as they need and I never felt rushed in any way.
I returned 10 days later with a much happier dog and David confirmed his infection had cleared up. I was so pleased with the way Alfie and I had been looked after I decided to continue using David Bentley and his veterinary surgery for all of Alfie's future needs. I trust David completely to do what is best for my dog and to provide the best care available.
