It's not just the delicious food and drink that is served but the warm welcome from all the staff.Love taking time out from the hustle and bustle of shopp6to this safe haven !!!

It's the my best shop in Birkenhead I can go through the books while I have a coffee all the staff are lovely and friendly amend cheerful and very helpful they make you feel very well coming I have been coming to waterstones for nearly 18 years now and it was the first shop I came too it's like home from to home for me and you get to meet bookworms that is haha😃 people like myself👱haha I give you the highest top marks and oh the coffee and cake is a reasonable price.for high marks 2 billion
