Asda Birkenhead Today 12/10/2017 around 3-30 I was in the store and low and behold there were actual trolleys by the front door usually 9 out 10 times there are never any there and you have to wait. But that is not all the problems where do I start empty boxes on shelves, and the milk I buy there its very rare that there is any in the racks,and then you spend time looking for the person who is on milk. I believe poor management is to blame as some of the staff i`ve spoke to say that moral is very low and by what i have seen I can well believe it to be true.I believe there is a night shift working so when the store reopens the next morning all the shelves should be well stocked. The problem lies firmly fall with the manager hiring more staff would help and there should be a employment drive on until the staffing levels are at maximum,also head office must know what going on. And lastly the reviews that are giving three and over should only be one or two on a good day may be there not that accurate .I have had to give it one star because i can not give less it would give it -3 star if i could. Awaiting a reply not holding much hope.

Don't really understand why coffin dodgers who have all week to pick up their blue rinse, haslet and gin think it best to pick up said items on an early Saturday afternoon when us people who have been grafting all week want (and need) to pick up our weekly essentials.
Life would be so much easier if, after you had drawn your pension from the post office on a Tuesday you sauntered down to the supermarket being lead by your shopping trolley to pick that horrible sandwich filler, strange hair colouring and your mother's ruin.
Come on play fair!
I'm sure bingo is on on a Saturday afternoon.

A friendly store. As a disabled woman porters are always helpful with my shopping. The staff do help also. It's a busy place but there is always someone to help you

A large store with an excellent range of products. Getting through checkout it an absolute nightmare tho! There are never enough cashiers on the tills & too many of the self checkout tills are card only tills so anyone with just a few items & paying cash has to wait too long!

Never any staff on tills after 8pm, never get what I want as it's usually out of stock. Very poor vegetarian selection. On the plus side the lady on the pizza counter is very helpful and friendly.
