Ordered from them once and they took longer than they said and got part of the order wrong. Also the work jackets that they supplied cost over £25 each and they make you sweat and stink after wearing them for one day and the sweat inside stays wet, never known jackets like them and all my staff complained to me. We told the shop and they just agreed so they knew about the problem but didn't bother offering us any discount of a new order but on the contrary we placed a decent order worth several hundred pounds and they never bothered getting back to us. We rang 3 times only to be told someone would ring us back but they never did. Incompetent I say and would never recommend them. I'm not a complainer usually but when people treat you like that others need to be warned.

Was told 7 -10 working days and I would receive an email, when I phoned them on day 12, by the sound of the unsure voice on the phone, it seemed as though they've just started processing my order today. My order also came to £50 for two shirts to have logo printed on. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking to cut costs their not cheap!!

Paid for my order up front an still hadn't received my order 15 days later after numerous phone calls, the attitude of the manager was poor, cancelled my ordered had to demand a refund, I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anybody

Excellent quality of work, done in a very reasonable time. I visit you quite often and I was over the moon with the new design your team came up with for me and everything i have had done has lasted very well! Thankyou
