Was looking for a babys pushchair. Couldnt see what we wanted and as the store had just opened and was very busy there didnt seem to be any staff on the shop floor to assist! So we left!

Staff are rude, abrupt and unhelpful especially managers. They have a total lack of communication in store & need to put some staff training in place. There attitude towards customers service is very lax and I won't be shopping here again.

Went into this fine toy selling establishment with the intention of purchasing a Nintendo Switch Pro controller, unfortunately, they only sell the higher priced Splatoon one, no problem I thought, I'll just have a look round and have a laugh. While perusing the isles of the numerous toys, I noticed they sell items with names, I then thought, why not look for items with my name. Now I know my name isn't very common 'Brian', I was shocked that they did not stock even a 'Bryan'. The only saving grace for this place for me were the sweets, I purchased a few, so 1 star from me. Staff are nice though.

Good parking and a fairly large store with good quality toys for the children.There are also a few things old people too.!!
