I have received excellent care which is reassuring. The diabetic nurse has enabled me to feel positive about my condition and has encouraged me to take good care of myself. The receptionists are polite and extremely helpful. You know they will go out of their way to help you. The team of GP's are efficient kind and supportive. Being linked to two other surgery's can help you ( if your prepared to travel) get an appointment at very short notice. Recently started a electronic prescription service which sends it direct to your chemist of choice. Also a message service to remind you of your appointment with the option to cancel.

I have never experienced this level of incompetence at a GP practice before. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the staff are pleasant. I registered over three weeks ago and was told I would be fully on the system within a week. I come back two weeks later to get a prescription and then I am told I was not registered.
I am then registered and I asked for my prescription as I was running out and I was told to get an appointment with a doctor. I called and the receptionist refused to give me the appointment but said the doctor would ring me to speak about my prescription.
I spoke to the doctor and was told to bring my last prescription slip to reception and I would get another one the following day as it was a repeat. I did just that, only to come back the following day and the receptionists tell me that they cannot find the prescription slip I submitted.
Now I have run out of my medication that I have been trying to get for the past few weeks. I have never experienced this in my life before and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

Kind and genuinely caring doctors who have always fulfilled my expectations. Very organised and effecient and wonderfully helpful staff on reception
