Can only speak on my birthing experience in the midwife led unit and the side rooms. Midwifes are excellent, their birthing centre is great environment. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My stay in one of the side rooms felt like a vacation.good size room and bathroom. Very clean. Someone came to clean everyday. Emptying the trash a few times throughout the day. They make sure you are well taken care of. Would definetely recommend the mlu.

Toilet i room i was giving still had bloody stuff in was told would get plumber to sort it an hour and half later asked again to be moved to other room. Buzzed for pain relief waited and buzeed a further 2 times eventuall an hour i waited. Collapsed in toilet and buzzer once again was not answered. Staff busy doing paperwork under staffed who are overworked really not a good experience

Absolutely rubbish. Waiting time to.see specialist 2.5 hours after apptment time. Then specialist rushes u thrrough telling u what ur own gp told u..i.couldnt even understand the doctor. And as usual blames my weight on problems.......really a joke !!!!!!

disgusting communication! Received a letter saying I didnt attend an appointment but never received the letter. But a letter do came through saying I didnt attend it.... Just horrible. I do miss Oxford Hospital. Service in Liverpool is simply dehumanized

Received the appropriate treatment. The aftercare is dismal. The help line one of the most unhelpful service available and the staff appear less than happy to help. I wish I had received better care.
