Nice clean, bright building. Very nice staff. Went for a blood test. Took seconds to do. No waiting. Didn't even feel it, so well trained staff!

Utter rubbish. It takes you about 10-15 minutes just to get through, to an AUTOMATED BOOKING SYSTEM, and by the time you're finally through all appointments go. Long waiting times and very few doctors who seemingly enjoy what they're doing. If the surgery was the closest one too me I'd move.

Undoubtedly the least helpful, unfriendly, uncaring surgery I have ever had the misfortune to be registered with. Removed me from their system without even taking the care and attention to inform me, leaving me without my critical repeat medication, which is apparently not their concern.
