Lovely decorated. Bed was extremely stiff and was woken up at 4 am due to the fan failing in our central heating but was immediately offered another room.

Really loved the feel of the room, it was cute, had a huge balcony seat and a lot of character. The bed wasnt great, it was very stiff and offered very little comfort. The heater malfunctioned at 4 in the morning and woke us up with a horrible a screech. They moved us into the room next door which had a bigger bed but still as stiff. The location is excellent, centrally located and within walking distance of everything. If you can find it for cheap enough it's definitely worth a stay.

Went there with my girlfriend for her birthday. They provided us with a lovely birthday package. The presentation was so amazing. The house keep was up to standards, couldnt fault them at all on that. The only thing that i would mark them down for Is, that there is no one on reception to say hello and goodbye. Anyone could of walked in and no one would of known

Really liked this hotel.
Amazing location, lovely room (if a tad small) and really friendly service. We booked this in low season (who wants to go to a city where it rains throughout July) - but it was one of the best things about our holiday in Liverpool.
It is really centrally located (made it easy to go in and out of the hotel several times a day), has great staff, offers really cheap parking that's incredibly central (they give you a 40% discount at Liverpool's best car park).
Another great bonus is the bar/restaurant that's built into it (but seems to not be connected) - it's an Alchemist, which is a little chain of top notch bars & restaurants. As a guest you get 20% off the food, which makes it incredibly good value for money.
