Friendly Staff. Nice and clean room. Comfy bed and towels and bedding where changed both days i was there . Will go visit there again soon.

Location within walking distance to all the attractions, Bar & Eating Area well decorated and relaxing, Bedrooms need a lot of TCL. OLD bedside lights, Broken door handle, Notice stateing save Water ? NO SINK PLUG. Window is single glazed and very Cold, Black damp around window. THIS ROOM WOULD IMPROVE WITH DECOR & COLOUR LIKE IN THE BAR + EATING AREA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. PEOPLE COULD STRUGGLE WITH NO LIFT. { NEED TO GET RID OF PAPER CUP'S IN ROOM AND HAVE NICE MUG'S }..

Cheap accommodation with free parking.
Rooms are seriously dated - woodchip wallpaper. Soft beds and not especially clean.
Restaurant was okay - reasonable price and good service. Food was fine.
If you book room with breakfast it's continental. There's a £2pp upgrade to a cooked English breakfast. Not bad considering.
There's a 20 min free WiFi but it needs a sign up process so forget that. Wasn't too expensive for 24hrs but 4g works fine in rooms.
My Mrs would have had a fit with the state of the place but for an overnight while working in Liverpool it was fine.

Lovely place friendly staff warm welcome. Nice & basic good value for money. Bit of a walk to town .Less than £5.00 for taxi.

Nice clean hotel. Wasn't enough pillows, asked for more but didn't receive any. Cardboard cups in the room - strange. Would stay again as price was fantastic £38 double room
