Excellent location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Good bar area. I've stayed here before and will do so again.

The hotel has a Beatles theme to the rooms, we stayed in "yesterday" this time we were in "strawberry fields" last time. The rooms are beautifully clean and have all you need in them. The reception are is welcoming and the furnishings are all bright c and cheerful colours. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The continental breakfast has all you could want to eat and is all good quality food. The staff keep it all well filled up and the tables cleared. The hotel is in the "cavern area" and central for everywhere, we found nowhere was not in walking distance. We love Liverpool and have stayed at the hotel before and will do again. The rooms are very reasonably priced

The staff was so helpful and genial. The breakfast was generous, tasty, and filling - we loved the make-your-own-coffee maker and plentiful food choices. The location was perfect for sightseeing, transport, and the Tesco next door was an added bonus. The room was small but really well arranged. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was spotless. It is obvious that the staff takes pride in their work and in meeting their guests' needs.

A fabulous hotel in a great location!
Had a lovely view from the room on 7th floor!
Room was lovely & clean loved the decor, only thing that could do with a update is the rooms hair dryer took forever to dry my hair in fact I gave up using it as it just took far to long!
Only other thing was the chiming of the church bells were a little loud an woke us both up during the night so would maybe like to stay in a room at the other side so it wasn’t as loud!
Breakfast was great selection and was awesome to have coffee in the lobby 24/7 so we could grab a coffee to take with us for the day/morning and as we checked out too!
Would definitely stay again!

A one-night stopover necessitated a short-notice search for somewhere to stay that was central without breaking the bank. Avios covered the cost, and Ibis Styles, fairly central in Liverpool, with its Beatles-themed rooms, met the location need.
The Queen-sized room on the 3rd-floor was in the theme of Strawberry Fields Forever, and was very spacious and comfy, with all bedding and in-room coffee and tea facilities provided. For some reason, it was a restricted-mobility layout of bathroom, lots of space but also low sink and lots of handles everywhere. Interesting, if unexpected.
The included continental breakfast on Sunday morning was superb, lots of it and plenty of tasty options.
Verdict: very good.
