We loved the Radisson ... The room was excellent, it had a super king bed, leather sofa, large TV, coffee machine. We used the spa and where supplied with slippers and dressing gown ... The friendly staff where excellent and if we had a query they where on hand to help. The food was very good and breakfast was excellent...

Just home from a brilliant 4 days in Liverpool. Radisson Blu was perfect hotel to stay in. Lovely staff, big room and v comfy bed. Only niggle was that there wasn't a mattress protector under our sheet which in this day and age surprised me. Other than that, can't recommend this hotel more highly and will definitely be going back. The Spa is fabulous and I had the nicest mini facial and nails done while there. You need to book ahead though as it gets full very quickly.

Great location, close to Moorfields underground stop. Greeted by very friendly reception staff. Room was clean and tidy if a little dated. Bathrooms very well maintained, good shower. The on site bar had a nice atmosphere.

Attended the CWU National Young Workers Education Event. Has a blast. Hotel was great. Room was fantastic and food was lovely. Only thing that let it down was pints were 3/4 glasses and not actually pints. But the staff where amazing and very professional but also friendly.

I will be definitely writing another review where possible. People are always quick to complain, but rarely give positive feedback. Our stay at the Radisson Blu Liverpool was beyond expectation, we were looked after by Dinah and team, their level of customer experience is 10/10 and ultimately left us remembering our journey that one step more. I want to personally thank dinah and team for making my partners stay special, from the complimentary upgrade, cake to the room, the small gestures meant so much to us, i really cant thank you enough. We will definitely be recommending to all friends and family and also will be back next time we visit. Thanks again Radisson and especially Dinah, stay amazing!!
