Easy check in and out, room was very quiet and very homely atmosphere, nice room service breakfast the location is great for restaurants in hope street and close to Albert Docks and Cathedral.

Overall this was a lovely stay! Great furniture and a comfy room! Could do with a bit of maintenance such as light bulb replacement, paint touch up and little things broken like bathroom mirror should be replaced. But a good location with a friendly welcome! Good free internet and quiet night sleep. Would stay again, definitely.

Room was lovely and clean, original features in one of the rooms we had. Was booked for breakfast but sadly missed this due to earliest time being 8:30am and we had to leave at 7:30am. Secure parking, which staff open for you to gain access. There is free on the road parking to the front of the hotel which is great considering everywhere else is pay and display. Close to amenities and cathedral. Staff were great, willing to do anything and answer any questions. Very friendly on arrival.

Beautiful building.. clean rooms, friendly staff.. very good location for the centre of Liverpool. Great price as well! Just a word of warning, the single rooms are at the top of the building and there are no lifts so need to be fit!!
