Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms come with a mini kitchenette which is very useful.

Great location. Amazing and very friendly staff. My friends had to make changes in their reservation and they made the best to find the better solution. Rooms are small but ok. Internet connection is good.

Convenient location for shopping, restaurants and bars and walking distance to the train station. Nice, simple hotel with efficient service. We stayed in a ground-floor Gallery Studio room which were large but quite dark and almost felt underground, with a split-level layout. Would suggest booking a normal room on a higher floor.

Really stylish restaurant near Bold Street, which is known for its variety of good restaurants. The hotel itself has a nice waiting room, welcoming staff & clean rooms which are big enough. I can recommend a visit there. However, it's doesn't provide an in-house restaurant or bar. Instead, you can get vouchers for the restaurants at Bold Street, which is a good substitute.

Great boutique hotel with a basic but well furnished clean and tidy room. No mod cons but everything in the right place: warm and powerful shower, comfy bed and effective air con. Staff were professional and courteous at all times. Location is fantastic too. Will certainly return when next in Liverpool.
