Clean and friendly helpful staff but no disabled access. Steep tiled stairs to the entrance and had to crawl up them. Lovely young man came out to help me and helped me but rails on the tiled steps would have been a big help. As much tea and coffee as needed and even extra pillows when requested. Would stay again but please put handrails in entrance. Xx

Great cheap accommodation. Somewhere to sleep with enough suite. Simple and easy

hotel is far too overpriced and the rooms are tiny. You are mostly paying for the location. Look elsewhere if you want to have a good nights sleep..

The rooms are tiny and there are no windows. There was a constant noise of flowing water throughout the night. I wouldn’t recommend this “hotel” for others.
