Visiting someone there so I personally didn't stay over. It was clean, the room looked well maintained. There was no staff available on reception. The guest who did stay there complained about the noise from other residents though late at night.

Terrible night sleep.
Better off getting your head down in the car.

Standard fair. No breakfast. Subway and dominos under hotel and within spitting distance of KFC, McDonald's and a multiplex. Very close to Walton hospital perfect for appointments or if there is an emergency

The staff are great. The parking is very limited, but it's surrounded by fast food places so spaces become available.
