Absolutely worst place I've ever stayed. Took us ages to find it as there was only a little sign above door. Was given the first bedroom on the ground floor next to the front door and all we could here all night was wind and traffic. Room was cold. Then heating wouldn't work. People were walking in and out all night being loud. There wasnt any kitchen facilities or even a fridge in the room. There was mould on the bathroom tiles. I would never EVER EVER go here again and wouldn't recommend anybody else. Yes it's £30 a night but I expected alot more.

Great customer service. Rooms were tidy. Supprisingly quite considering its next to the main road. My only fault i can give is there wasnt much room around the bed but for a single night stay i would highly recommend.

We stayed at trivelles for the weekend it was very clean and the staff are so helpful. We had a great time in Liverpool and the staff helped in every way they could. Outside in the street could do with a clean up and looks run down but once inside it was very nice Anthea, Peter, Athena and Annya Williams

Great place to stay with all the needed room amenities plus more as the room I stayed in even had a fridge and microwave... please note the hotel is also pet friendly which wasn't really a problem for me but might be for others.
