brilliant service, the staff are always friendly and relaxed about what cuts you get and if you want more of something. They will even go and get meat more well done if you prefer.

Had a fabulous dining experience at Viva Brazil in Liverpool this afternoon. We had tried this meal type in Las Vegas this time last year and enjoyed it greatly. The food here was absolutely superb, well cooked, melt in the mouth, succulent, and the range was extensive.
The staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and very friendly. They explained everything and were very attentive. We will be joining the loyalty club and we think that we have now found our preferred restaurant. Why can't we award ******, (6 stars)?
Fully recommended, you won't be disappointed.

We booked a table for the 12 of us and the service was great. The meat kept coming and we asked for more of certain things and it arrived in no time at all. The gammon was to die for, I loved the cinnamon pineapple too. Everything that arrived was fresh which made the trip even better!
For a Saturday night, the cocktail happy hour deal was fab! 2 for £8, although you had to order 2 of the same. I ordered an Amazon mock-tail and it was delicious. I had never had kiwi syrup before but it made the drink extra sweet.
We will definitely be booking to go again as a couple and as a large group. The salad bar was super tasty, they had rice, creamy garlic mash and black beans along with a lot of other options so something for everything. At the beginning the waitress mentioned that we could order food less cooked or more cooked if we wanted which was a great option for us to have as we all had different preferences. For £18.95 it was a really good meal location, service charge was added because of the group size but still £21 for unlimited meat is a great deal!

The food is nice but I noticed the bigger your party the more attention you get. I took my my partner and the service wasn't the best. Fresh skewers went to the table of 8 and if there was any left it came to us.ordered drinks then the next minute the same person walks passed with a skewer and not your drink. Our meal came to £70 with drinks. If your going, go in a party if you want good service.

Came here due to recommendations, Very impressed, excellent salad bar with tasty stews and a wide variety of salads and pastas. But it's all about the meat! 15 different cuts and all beautiful. Watched the staff who cut the meat and was very impressed with them as they inspected the cuts before taking them out. Saw them ask for more cook time when they were undercooked and even bin whole cuts due to being overcooked. This level of professional pride should be industry standard but well done to Viva Brazil for setting the standard. Can't wait to return !
