It takes such a long time to get served anywhere. People think nothing of pushing in for some reason. Also, I found it really uncomfortable that you are followed round inside stores. Is this usual in Liverpool? I found it very strange, but this might be the norm for a city. I didn't like it at all.

Not much happening shopping wise - looks like the end is nigh. Cafes not too bad usually easy to get a table and Costa is the same everywhere but the seating in or out of Costa is undercover so good on a rainy and cold day.

Great shopping space really clean well layed out. Lots to get in the one place including food. So definitely go if you're doing s shopping trip in Liverpool

We had a day out in Liverpool. We wandered fairly aimlessly, just soaking up the sights, sounds and smells. As a piece of this we passed through the Metquarter.
The whole experience was great.
Only one regret, we could not find anywhere that sold bacon butties after 11.45 and we, lusting for a bacon butty each, had arrived at about noon.
We had a day out in Liverpool. We wandered fairly aimlessly, just soaking up the sights, sounds and smells. As a piece of this we passed through the Metquarter.

A shopping mall for the Uber wealthy, who expect quality of service and products when shopping. Unfortunately, since opening in March 2006, they've struggled to hold on to most of their designer stores and most have succumb to the lack of demand, rendering a large proportion of the mall vacant, including almost the entire 1st floor.
Still, the building isn't quite a hollowed out carcass with a gold plated coating, just yet. The remaining shops still rank highly for quality and it's well worth a visit, for the classy individual (or you know, if you've just got your student finance or something...).
