great treatments here, had a really love lady do me eyelash extensions, was visiting liverpool for my hen party and unfortunately my salon back at home cancelled on me. I got to liverpool thinking i would have to go without and my friend managed to get me into here last minute and I'm just amazed by how friendly and lovely the staff was, she said she came in just to help me out as was her day off. really good price too, £50 for my extensions and its been two weeks since and they still look flawless.

met the staff at an office event in the city as they were doing a pop up for us, and just loved the helpfulness of the girls! They advised not just the best treatments for my acne prone skin, but also what vitamins i should be taking that can also help, i love that the advice they gave me wasn't just to make money for themselves, but they really cared about helping me!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I was recommended by a few people. I came and had the whole works, hair, waxing, nails & toes .. I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else. From the most helpful, polite and talented staff to the best results .. absolute 10/10! Thank you UC!

Highly recommend this salon for pregnant ladies! I have suffered with back ache and tension pains in my legs and feet. I expected a standard massage to relieve this. But it was just something else, I wasn't aware that the products they used also included rewarding results, they have a range that help reduce stretch marks, cellulite and all baby momma related problems! I felt totally relaxed and they talked through each stage and what benefits I would be feeling!

LOVE!! I can't get over how personalised each experience is at Urban Calm, they take the time to make sure you're happy with your treatment, the only place ill go for my nails and toes.
