Always an amazing experience with this vets, could not thank them enough for the times i spent in there, all the staff were lovely and i highly recommend the vets for anyone with a pet. Even after they put my pet to sleep, they sent out a lovely heartfelt letter through the post, cannot thank them enough.

Best vet we have found! Got my kitten admitted and pain free within 20 minutes of walking through the door on 15 minutes notice. Couldn't recommend their emergency care anymore.

When my cat needed urgent care they looked after him and cared for him as much as possible sadly he didnt survive his injuries . The after care was tremendous and sympathy cards we recieved helped us of our loss

Shocking. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Place is rotten staff are up there own asses. If anyone here at this vets feel you are running a good service. You must be mad.

The staff at this establishment are very professional, helpful and friendly. They saved my dogs life!. Without them my dog would surely have died. What clients must remember is that this is an animal hospital that deals with emergencies. They are the veterinary surgery for Merseyside Police, I have witnessed it myself when my dog was admitted for emergency care. I don't mind waiting for the dog that saves other lives to be seen to as they deserve to go first anyway. Outstanding performance by "Alder vets", not just Medivet. I'm so glad this place exists and a massive thankyou to all the staff who "live" there and Pedro for making the decision to keep him in, always doing their best for our beloved friends in desperate need!.
