IF I COULD LEAVE MINUS STARS I WOULD
I would NOT recommend, THEY ARE cold and unfeeling , in my experience they have no compassion, and no understanding of how people feel about their animals.
All they are concerned about is how much money they can bleed you for,
so much so they even charge to tell how much money they expect you to pay.i wouldn't trust them with a stuffed toy .
I have sleepless nights wondering if i had only picked another vets, would i still have my little pal.

We take our dog to this vet and couldn't be happier. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are registered with our insurance company (DirectLine) and made claiming easy.

Took my 12 yr old shihtzu here today for the first time. Seen by a Locum vet called Rachel who was SO LOVELY! She treated Millie with kindness and explained exactly what she thought the problem may be and what the options were. Asked to see us back the following day if no improvement or the day after if things are getting a bit better for a follow up. Only waited 5 mins to be seen. Lovely big clean practice. Lots of free parking plus the cost of the treatment was only £38 ...... would have been about £60 at my previous vets.
Fantastic job. Now it's fingers crossed that the antibiotics do their work.

My dog was found to have an aggressive cancer 3 days before Xmas 2016 and the Vet operated the next morning. Staff were all lovely with him, and us. My dog received good aftercare and all services (operation/medication etc) were at a reduced cost ( this is available to all and is not means tested). The surgery building is spacious and clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are pleasant and empathetic. They have a grooming salon inside the premises, also selling special brands of pet food at reception, they also have plenty of information leaflets for pet owners to take home. Water bowls are accessible inside for thirsty pets and there is a children's table with crayons/paper for people attending the vets with kids in tow. Owners with dogs who cannot be in the waiting room with other animals can wait for their appointments in a separate consultation room (ask at reception or call ahead to arrange). A great veterinary service that I will be using for the foreseeable future.

Our elderly cat kept getting re-occuring ear infections and we had taken her to other vets for treatment but the infection kept coming back.
We where at the end of our tether not knowing what to do for the best. So as I bring my dog here for treatment we decided to bring the cat in and have you folks see if you could help. Well, you did that a day beyond!
You found the cause of the infection and treated effectively! She is now no longer listless and miserable but bouncing around the place and back to her old self! You managed to do something other vets failed at!
I would definitely recommend you to friends & family. All the staff are great, friendly, helpful. Can't ask for anything better. So 'THANKS' to you from our cat and from us, the owner's and mere servant's of the cat.
