These girls really are good with your pets our german shepherd they did every thing for him and when he died they gave us all the time we needed Claire is a lovely vet she cut some of our dogs fur off for us to keep arranged for him to be cremated for us and all the girls send us a card will a stamp of our dogs paw print I was really touched the really brill

This vets is the best I've ever been to. I have 3 German shepherds and head vet Claire is the only person I will trust them with. Very professional and very caring towards the pets. Staff here go above and beyond to help and great value you for money.

Atrocious care! Told us the wrong thing, missed a poor kittens fracture on an xray and just said it was sprained and tried blaming me. They tried insisting he had some kind of bone condition because I hadn't fed him kitten food! Him and his sister are both on the same diet (with supplements) and they are both happy and active (until now), another vet has since confirmed their diet is perfectly fine (adult tins and fresh meats). His recovery has now been doubled as they missed it and it got worse, have also found out he doesn't have any kind of bone condition what so ever, blood work came back fine! We refused to pay for the follow up treatment (except his actual medication and pain relief) as it was only necessary due to their mess up, and not even an apology when we caught them out lying about phone calls and messages left for us!
We will never, ever be using them again.

Cant recommend this vet surgery enough to everyone. Claire and her team go above and beyond to help owners and pets feel as comfortable as they can. I have always struggled with taking my (extremely) bad tempered cat to vets, however Claire and her team were fantastic with her. They truly have the animals best interest at heart. I have taken my hamsters, rats and cats here and they have all received first class treatment.
