A nice enough pub. Seems more focused towards lunch or dinner. There is another dining room open on Sundays for a roast.
Decent beer selection, and a big wine list. Food was good, and OK prices.
Outdoor seating looks like it would be really nice in the summer.
No TV screens from what I could see, so if you are after a game might not suit.
Best to book ahead for lunches.
Service was OK

Bland and expensive Sunday roasts. I don't understand the hype over this place, maybe we just caught them on a bad day. We had the pork and the beef, the meat itself was cooked quite well however everything else on the plate was terrible. Unseasoned cold cabbage, raw cauliflower "cheese" that didn't taste cheesy at all. The horseradish tasted like it was made with squirty cream - really strange. A tiny potion of honey roasted carrots and parsnips which again, lacked flavour and runny watery gravy. The waitress forgot to bring us water and sauce and probably our food order at first. I was so dispointed after waiting 35mins for it and I was so angry that we had paid before hand. The best thing about it was because the service was so bad everything we asked for during the meal we got for free because we just ended up giving up on them to take our plates away.

Over priced, terrible service and the Sunday roast was disgusting. The first roast I have never not finished! Our food took ages to come out (35mins or more) and the roasts we had (pork and beef) were not cooked properly, raw hard veges. The gravy was just water and there were no flavours on the food. Forgot table water and horse radish when we asked as well.

Duke of Wellington is a cosy little pub in the hearth of Marylebone, serving traditional British food with a modern twist. The drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
My mates are sort of addicted to this place and come here every week, but I really have no the time to do so. Of course, I've no problem in rating it with the highest rating.

The Duke of Wellington is a great pub a short walk away from Marylebone or Baker street tube stations.
It has a charming traditional (yet not old man) pub feel to it. The staff are generally helpful and you just feel like you can relax and enjoy there superb selection of wines, real ales and.. their great fish and chips. The food menu is good, but I would recommend their fish and chips which they are renowned for. If you're very hungry, their freshly baked bread is also a good way to start your dining experience. It often comes warm and the real butter just melts into the bread.
Conclusion
It's a basic meal and not Michelin starred, but this is a great pub to enjoy a casual meal and well worth a try when in the area.
