Wonderful experience at the eco. Generally very critical of places that I dine at. However, thoroughly enjoyed the food here, great value for money. Shared a starter between two, a main each and a bottle of wine to share, for less than 20 a head. Highly recommended. Salmon and prawn pasta (parpadelle) delicious.

Love coming to Eco for lunch or dinner. It is such a friendly, casual and nice atmosphere. Try the spaghetti vongole, it's delicious!

I have been to ECO before more than twice, I went there with my boyfriend for lunch today it was at around 12pm the waiter that greeted us was flustered and ignored us at first, when we asked to be seated he said there was about 45 minutes wait for the food and we said we didn't mind waiting but he carried on saying you can go next door if you want we didn't mind waiting so we said we would stay again. he showed us to a table we didn't like so we said can we sit on another table he carried on saying yes yes okay and just through the menu on the table and said sit where ever you like. I've never been treated like that in any a establishment before he was rude I wanted to leave. I don't know if he was the manager or the owner but he didn't know what customer service was. The food always great. Not a nice man.

Sea food risotto is lovely. Recommended. With a nice cold pint of perroni. Had it twice now. So must be good. And good service from the waitress. Lovely bright open relaxed restaurant in the day. I like it.

I came here to eat alone. First off, I've never been THIS ignored by a waiter in my life. By the time I got a table (different waiter) and served (after staring at everyone, yet a different waiter) I was so hungry. The food took ages. It arrived super hot, and I was so hungry that I decided to burn my tongue and mouth (that hungry). It was good, but took ages and too hot. Better to go with a group to chat to during the wait. Luckily no real damage to the mouth. I still feel a little bit hungry after my main. I was hoping they'd have fruit (something low calorie) for dessert -they don't. I'm going to the Waitrose to hunt fruit. I don't think I'll be any rush back. It was O.....K.... I've had better and worse.
