Very tidy and clean hotel, good service from sfatt as well.
Also had a pleasant dining experience.
There is a free motorcycle park just on the opposite corner from the entrance if you need it.

Attended an event here. Good location. Nicely presented lobby and event rooms. Gents toilet in the lobby had only one cubicle with a non-functioning lock, looked like it had probably been like that for a while with no sign of being fixed - this is unacceptable and the reason I knocked off two stars.

Old and outdated rooms but very close to Russell Square tube station. Small bathroom with very basic amenities. Breakfast buffet was good, not overly crowded and as expected for a HI. No iron in room (instead you get the typical 10yr old trouser press found in many HI hotels). Staff were very friendly and provided an early check-in having called from the airport at 8 am to see if something could be arranged by the time I arrived. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

I often don't sleep as well when I'm not in my own bed with my own pillow, however slept like a log in this hotel. The service was also amazing and I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel. The bar, the restaurant, the reception, house keeping, room service, concierge are all absolutely amazing. Very rare that I don't find at least one little thing that needs improvement. Well deserving of 5 stars.

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Located 2 minutes walk from Russell Square tube station and the park, and a 10 minute walk from Euston and 15 minutes walk from Kings Cross St. Pancreas. Rooms are a good size and clean. A busy hotel, popular with travellers. A good sized restaurant, breakfast is tasty, either continental or English. A gym is part of the facilities.
