We went to Le Pont de la Tour on a business meal. The service was impeccable and the sommelier gave us good recommendations that suited our price point. The staff also made sure that our dietary requirements were taken care of. The menu is varied, focusing on modern French cuisine and there are options to suit all diets. The wine list is wide enough to cover all budgets.

Your meal will be delicate and full of flavour. Prepare to be wowed. The portion sizes may not be huge but you nevertheless feel satisfied. Stupendous service from booking the table to leaving the restuarant, you really feel cared for. For such amazing service, food and wine, you'd think you'd have to break the bank. This restaurant however provides ample opportunity to save some pennies at a time that we all need them most. Extravagant, well priced, delicious and I cannot recommend it enough. Favourite restaurant in London simply for the atmosphere.

Had flown over from the US for a meeting. From when we walked in you felt you were not welcomed and was looked down upon. Who do they think they are. full of self importance. food was good but overpriced, service not so good. Thankfully my host took me next door for after dinner drinks to the newly opened Ivy. Bliss and what a relief

Food was lovely and I did enjoy everything but the service let it down hugely for me. The receptionist did not look happy at all to work there. It was my 18th and they took the alcoholic menu away which I asked for back. They gave it to me after checking my ID twice and looking at me in disgust. The table next to us got a birthday dessert with a candle yet they didn't even acknowledge it was mine. They didn't say goodbye just took money and left didn't ask us anything but seemed to care a lot more about all the other people. I expect the same level of respect as any other paying customer. Such a let down as it's a beautiful place. Hire more friendly staff!

The food is really special too. In summary, a real dining experience.
I suggest for your first visit, the bar set menu. At 40 pounds for 2 ppl, plus any drink you want, that's incredible value. 3 courses. Give yourself an hour and a half. The portions are a little small but just be prepared for that. It's perfect.
