St John's Smith Square is a former church in the centre of Smith Square, Westminster, London. Sold to a charitable Trust as a ruin following firebombing in the Second World War, it was restored as a concert hall.

I have not been to one of the classical music concerts, but I have enjoyed the restaurant in the crypt below. It is a wonderful place, and the food / drink is good (if a little on the expensive side).
The staff are good, and recently the service has got much more slick. This is a great place to have a business lunch, and I find the architecture of the whole place amazing.

We have come here a few times now to see our son play with the Harrow young musicians and it is such a Beautiful place. you can eat down stairs in the restaurant if you wish to do so.

A colossal and ostentatious presence overwhelming and completely dominating the 'square.'
The uncontested Prima Donna on this stage.
