Brilliant, innovative Thai food in cute little restaurant. Gorgeous in summer when the sun's out as they've a conservatory section that opens up. Not cheap, but worth it for a special occasion.

Confidence? plenty. Good Thai food? absent. The establishment thinks its food is better than it actually is. Flavours are fine, they try hard to be original and thai, but it is NOT Thai food. I had wild turbot in a curry today, The poor turbot died for nothing. Overcooked, dried out chunks of turbot, in a curry that in Thailand would have been much punchier and bolder. We also ordered the exotic sounding watermelon salad. But really, it was slices of watermelon with roasted peanuts sprinkled on top. Save your £7.90 for a couple of beer in the pub. But when they do hit the mark, as with the celeriac and peanut sauce grilled on parchment of banana leaf, then the food becomes centre stage, and not their wait staff. They add service, and a 1 pound donation to their charity of choice. I wished they would take a pound from their service fee for their charity of choice, and not make customers do it. We have to put up with their opinions on what is good Thai food and good morals.

I lived in Asia for two years, and the dishes here either reminded me of my time there, or were substantially better. The. Sea bass is perfectly cooked and it's a beautiful restaurant. Not an incredibly romantic setting, but a great evening with friends.

A little underwhelming. The staff automatically imply how much you should order ( 4 dishes) and when we asked about the food on the menu, we realised that everything the guy had suggested was the most expensive. The food we had was way too crispy and overly fried and not as flavoursome as expected. Waited quite a while for our 3rd choice and when it arrived it looked super crispy for sea bass and discovered very little flesh on it. The sauce was overly sweet and not so spicy. Disappointed yet the place is full of families and queues (get there early if you care that much). Service wasn't exactly amazing after the initial ordering process. Gratuity is added automatically so check your bill - especially if you don't feel it is deserved. It was too late for me - I'd already committed!! I wouldn't actually care if I had been impressed with the food/ service - but I wasn't.

Great friendly service. Is a bit pricey. Options are limited and specials can go quickly. Food is good. Staff may push for one to order quite a bit. Would recommend ordering 2 dishes and getting more later. It is not exactly tapas size, it is more than that.
