Construction going on, on Jermyn street now so ask for a room facing away from it. Rooms were small but cozy. Service was good.

Incredibly friendly staff. Location is phenomenal (for Central London). Their (Handy) is free for guest use, and is a mobile device that gives you free access to maps, the internet, and texts/calls to the US. Clean room.

Stayed here for my first time in London. The hotel was great. The location is amazing in Soho. Close to the metro, Green Park, and national museum. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom had a towel warmer. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel near Piccadilly Circus. I stayed there for five nights. Walking distance to all the popular attractions in London. Very easy to get around.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
I booked this hotel based on the reviews I saw online and based on the good pricing I saw. This is located in St. James right off Piccadilly. There are many restaurants, shops, museums and Buckingham Palace within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating and even remembered our names when we walked in and out. The executive room was very clean, had a great bathroom and really nice views. The breakfast here is fantastic. The fruit and eggs are very fresh, the yogurt and coffee are great and the pastries are wonderful. It was so good we ended up having breakfast there every day we were there. The only complaint I have is that even though we were on a high floor the noise from the bar on the weekend was unbearable. People were screaming and yelling in the street until 4 in the morning. Thankfully we were only there one day of the weekend for this. That is not enough to stop me from staying there next time we go to London.
